800 East is still close to the plaza, but not walking distance to downtown for most. Some units have mountain views and or Santa Fe sunsets. Recent sales indicate $500,000 to under $900,000. 1000 East is similar to it’s sister and a little lass pricey. 1200 East is also part of the family. I see that the last sale in there was under $600,000. By the way, this information is based on what I see according to the stats that I have available. It is not guaranteed. In other words something could have sold privately that I would not know about. This disclaimer applies throughout my site. This information is designed to give the buyer an overview only.
Quail Run is a community with an attendant on duty 24 hours a day. The nine-hole golf course presents both a challenge and a treat I am told. No matter what your level of play you may find it appealing. Quail Run also offers a 65 foot indoor lap pool, and a Bar and Grill that serves Southwestern fare. The Commons Building (clubhouse), is home to an astonishing array of Native American and Spanish Colonial art and a very nice fitness and spa facility. Looking at the last year in sales the range is as low as $298,00 for a small 2 bedroom to under $800,000 for large model.
Santa Fe Summit is thought by some to be the jewel in the crown. Recent sales suggest One Million and up. The Summit has glorious views, plenty of privacy, and in is manicured just like you would expect it to be.
