Dear Carol,

I just wanted to take a minute to express my thanks for your help in making the difficult job of finding the right home a pleasurable experience. After only a few telephone conversations with you (initially) regarding our interests and our "wish list", you were able to narrow the search down to just a few choices, each one very nice, but, as you surmised, the first home you showed us was "the one".

Tony and I are looking forward to becoming full time Santa Feans, and all that entails, and we do so appreciate your continued  assistance with the "localizing" and getting acquainted with our new home and town.

You have certainly gone above and beyond your responsibilities as our realtor with great care, done your homework in recommending and coordinating the local services-- gas, power, telephone and such, and even pre-screened the local contractors we needed for our renovations.  You could hardly provide more service to us than you have already done.

Carol,  I just wanted to thank you again for finding me my dream house in Santa Fe.   Within just 3 hours of our meeting, we had zeroed in on the house that fit all of our specifications and more.   I told you when we met that I wanted a house with a view, and boy, did we accomplish that!  Your knowledge of the market and instinct for which homes were priced fairly was precisely on point, and supported by the appraisals we got during the closing process.   And I especially appreciate all the referrals (to the mortgage broker, the decorator) that helped us envision how we could pull this deal together.  I already have a couple of friends intrigued by Santa Fe, and I suspect you will be getting a couple of referrals from me in the not too distant future.
